Welcome ! We will have a mix of players who are new to Eberron and new to D&D, and so we'll likely start with a "Session Zero" to let everyone introduce themselves to each other and to work on character creation and backstories. Here in our Eberron game, you'll find a host of materials to read as well. The materials you see in the Journal tab on Roll20 are reprints from the official Eberron 5E sourcebook, and will be available to you to read at your convenience; no need to read it all at once. The first step is to create a character. Use the blank character sheet in the game with your name. Click on the "Character Sheet" tab, and choose CharacterMancer. It will walk you step-by-step through the character creation process. Don't worry about making mistakes; you can start the CharacterMancer over from scratch at any time by clicking on the gear wheel page on your character sheet and choosing "Launch Level 1 CharacterMancer." In my games, I also typically let player retroactively convert (retcon) their characters at any time before Level 4, so that we're all playing the character design we like best.
