One Player Can't See When Dynamic Lighting Turned On (Other Players Can)

I have looked in the forums to see if this has come up before, so apologies if it has but I couldn't find it. I have six players in a game. Five of those players have no trouble with the dynamic lighting. Some of them have Darkvision and some don't, but they can all see what they should be seeing. Player 6 cannot see when Dynamic Lighting is turned on. When I cmd+L on their token I can see the right things, but they can't on their screen. Adding a light emitting token to the map allows them to see, but they can't see with their Darkvision and they can't see in areas which have been designated as lit. If I turn off the Dynamic Lighting they can see ok. I cannot see anything on their token settings which is different to other tokens with Darkvision. There doesn't appear to be a box unchecked with them which is checked elsewhere. Things we have tried: - Different browsers (Chrome and Safari) - Different hardware (they tried it on an iPad, same problem) - Creating a new token (both by dragging from their character sheet onto the map, and by adding a token and giving it to them to control) They are a new player and only created their account in the last few weeks. Some of the other players in the game are also new and have new accounts but aren't having this problem. It seems like a problem with their account but I cannot be sure. Please help.

Check if you have forgotten to check "have sight" on the player's token. Also try give the player control over one of the working characters and see if it works. If that works, it would indicate that the problem would likely be with the specific token, not with the player's device. On the browser settings, try turn on "Hardware Acceleration". Also have them try Firefox.

Also have them try Firefox. Thank you for this. It turns out that the player can get the game to work properly on Firefox, so we have a solution. I tested the other things you recommended so I could report back - turning on the hardware acceleration in Safari didn't work, and when they used Safari and I gave them control of a working player token it also didn't work. I double checked 'Have Sight' but that was already checked. I don't need any more help due to the Firefox fix (FFF!), but if you need anything else checking then please let me know.
