Setting D&D 5e compendium to Italian?

I've seen a player streaming on Discord that has the Italian version of the compendium. Despite my Roll20 language set in Italian, the player sheet is automatically translated into Italian, but not the compendium. How do you get these to work?

I suspect they use some browser plugin to auto-translate the pages.

All browsers have a setting to tell websites which language they prefer pages to be displayed in. Might it be yours is set to English? Edit: after a bit of back and forth with my players, it seems Andreas J is right. It should be an auto-translate function.
