Animated Tokens Not Working

I saw on an old thread that someone else was having trouble with animated tokens not working, and that it turned out to be something to do with an automatic Tint being applied to animated tokens. I just spent money on getting the " Perfect Spells pack 1 animated " set and when I drop them into my game they don't animate. Can anyone help?

Can you provide a link to this "tinted token" issue, and tell why you strongly suspect this is the issue? Is it possible the animations are "paused"? Try turn on/off the animation once or twice, maybe it starts working then. (The animation should be active by default when dragging form your Library to the map, at least it was for me) What web browser + operating system combination are you using? Chrome & Windows 10? Are you using any browser extensions that interact with Roll20? Did you have any player see any of the animations, to see if the animation is also frozen for them?

Animations on Roll20 are very unreliable. But they should work when dropped into the VTT one at the time. Have you tried other animations then just this pack? There are lots of free GIFs out there, grab one and test.
