Map not loading

Over the last couple sessions I have received an odd message when launching into the game I've been playing for the last 4 or 5 weeks not. it's a black screen with white main text saying LOADING.... with subtext that will change: the text below LOADING is what will change... every 2 or 3 seconds.  I can still hear my team fine.  it's just the map will not load FOR ME.  rest of my team can see the map.  In fact I can see the map if I use my iPad, but not my desktop.  I ad made NO changes between session.  Any ideas?

I have received an odd message when launching into the game I've been playing for the last 4 or 5 weeks not. it's a black screen with white main text saying LOADING.... with subtext that will change: At face value, what you're describing and showing is the normal loading screen that should (at least briefly) be shown to people when they enter a game, but that for you it's stays longer than normal than indefinitely. Someone had similar problem yesterday, but it was resolved by itself when they tried again a bit later. Have you tried again today? Over the last couple sessions I have received an odd message when launching Do you mean that the "loading screen" never disappeared during this time, and you' haven't been able to open the game on your desktop in 4-5 weeks? Or is the loading screen only freezing for some time, but showing the map & Roll20 eventually, after some time? If so, it just means that loading up Roll20 takes longer time on your desktop than your tablet. Are you a player or the GM? Are you using either of the officially supported browser; Chrome or Firefox? Did you try with the other browser?

I had the same on mine last night, wouldn’t load any campaign! I hadn’t used the pc for roll20 for a few months, so I thought it somewhat odd! I’ll assume similarities in our systems, Win10 and Chrome? Checking the console, there were hundreds of errors  ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR   Disabled the Chrome QUIC protocol (plenty of places to find out how) and the campaign loaded on restart without a problem. It’s odd that it just started to go wrong, or what triggered this to be an issue for me! Perhaps worth a quick (lol) check on your end!
