Major Issues, Can't figure this out.

Issue one is that uploading handouts isn't working.  I drag and drop or select the image but it wont load into handouts, just doesn't do anything. Issue two is that I've added images to my library but they don't show up when I search them (yes, I have "everything" selected). These just seem to be bugs that I can't work around.  Has anyone else experienced either of these things? Using Chrome.

Let's start with some clarification. When you say you can't upload handouts, what do you mean? You can't upload something as a handout, even a pdf turns into an image. Are you talking about dragging an image from your art library into a handout? That cannot be done, although you can copy an image from any online source (copying from your hard drive or an image processor fails, oddly) and paste into a handout. This has the advantage of not requiring any of your storage space, and the disadvantage of being a bit of a convoluted process. To get the original of any image already in your library, place it on the VTT, select it and press "Z". Right click on it and copy it. You can now paste into your handout. If I am misunderstanding anything, let me know. There's probably a workaround.

I am having a similar issue.  I am trying to upload a .png file and it won't upload.  I've tried in Chrome and Firefox and I've disabled anything that could be interfering.  I have successfully uploaded in the past and I'm nowhere near my 100 MB cap.

@keithcurtis I seem to have opposite functionality than you are describing? The only way I can get images into a handout are either dragging from my art library, or browsing to a local file location. Can't seem to copy/paste into it from any source (local or online). Win10 PC running Chrome with no extensions. @Blakee & Amy, just checked and my drag & drop is working fine.

@David, I'm talking about adding graphics to the description area, not the header image. I may have misunderstood the OP's problem.

SMH  I just realized what the problem was.  File size was too big.  Thanks!
