Bought Storm Kings Thunder - How Do I use tokens???

I can't find an answer for this and it's driving me crazy.  I bought Storm King's Thunder and am running a campaign on it.  I can't figure out how to add tokens in general, but my specific issue is that there are some key characters (like Harshnag) that my party will encounter and spend time with, and there doesnt seem to be a token for them?  And what about other creatures etc that are common, like if I want to do an encounter with some frost giants?  How do I get some frost giant tokens into the map?  I am clearly missing something major from this platform. Thanks for your help.

In general there are two places to find a named token in a module. One is in the journal tab (you can type "Harshnag" in the search box to quickly find him). Frost Giants are there under NPCs > Monsters > Giants > Frost Giant. You can drag these directly onto the token layer. Secondly, most modules (such as STK) contain a token page, with every token laid down for quick copy and paste. In that case, the token page is listed directly after the Start page, and Harshnag is in alphabetical order in the "Dramatic Personae" section.
