Will a Chromebook work?

I have a really old Mac computer that keeps freezing and a tablet that doesn't work because my DM doesn't have pro. I'm thinking about getting a Lenovo Chromebook but am wondering if the site treats it like a tablet? Will I be able to use maps on the Chromebook without anyone having pro?

I do a lot of work on a Chromebook. It works, but it is admittedly slow. I think it might balk on a map with sufficiently large or complex DL. It's fine for working with most aspects, but I'd only game on it in a dire emergency. That being said, as of a couple of weeks ago, Table on Tablet was opened for all users, paying or not. You should give your tablet a try.
Oh that's fantastic. Thanks. My tablet is super old too so I probably will still get a Chromebook but a least I know I'll be able to access the maps either way.
I've only been using Roll20 for a few weeks, but my Chromebook has been just fine, even with two windows open (one player, one gm for trying things out).  My wife has a Chromebook that's a couple years old, also working fine with Roll20, and another in our group is also using one without troubles.
Awesome! Thanks.🙂
