Like Keith said, keeping the sheet "popped in" to the Roll20 window does fix this. One thing I found out the hard way is that if you do have a sheet popped out and you click the 'stacks' button to move an item in the list (no matter the item, at least on my 5e OGL sheets) you could put your cursor over the roll20 window and it would actually adjust the placement of the item in the character sheet. The mouse movement wasn't proportional so it took a little getting used to, and when you left-click to drop the item in it's place, whatever you were actually left-clicking on in the Roll20 window would activate... but it was a thing, I guess. Wonder if this is actually fixable at some point or something we'll have to live with(?).
