I purchased the CRB on 6/8 and it was charged to paypal but doesn't show up in my account/compendium or as a purchased item. I have submitted a ticked on Roll20 twice, and have not received a response. How long should this process take?
Is anyone else having issues getting a response with the support tickets? I just got the immediate automated response when I submitted the ticket. But 4 days now with no response is starting to feel a little long almost as if there is a problem.
