Drag & Drop issues with spells

My friends and I are playing a game using the standard D&D 5E by Roll20 character sheets.  Whenever I drag and drop spells they populate with attacks and everything just fine, but for two of my friends the drag and drop only adds spells as spell cards and they have to manually add in the attack info.  Is there something that they need to do to be able to automatically add attacks for drag and drop spells from the compendium?

Does the same issue happen if you give them a new character sheet and they drag spells onto that? There are some options for disabling compendium compatibility on some parts of the sheet, but they don't seem to stop spells from dropping properly as far as I can see. It's definitely with all spells? Some attack spells with conditional effects haven't had the attack section done properly.
