No Tokens, and no Information from the Compendium

I've bought the 5E compendium set, DMG, Players Handbook, and Monster Manuel. While doing a test run on a game, I tried to drag a Black Dragon Wyrmling onto the map, but only got a Gray square with no stats. Same for Ogre. The Adult Dragons work fine, but all other dragons I tried have the same issue

Did this happen again if you deleted from the journal and then added it again from the Compendium? Did you make sure you had the Compendiums enabled in the specific game? It sounds like this isn't the case, and you only have access to the free SRD compendium. Can you provide screenshots of the monsters that doesn't work? Can you provide more examples of both  monsters that work and doesn't work? Is this a newly created game with no old stats and characters? I think in some rare cases when you have old SRD version of monsters in your journal, it might cause troubles when drag-n-drop new monsters. Further note, the DMG isn't purchasable on Roll20 yet , so the bundle you bought is likely the DM Bundle , which has the Essential Kit as it's third item.
lol. True. I didn't think about the DMG not being a part of the bundle until after I posted the message. This is a new game.  Ok, I've Removed all the tokens from the map and reloaded them from the compendium, to no avail. I've added a few and one thing I've noticed is that the faulty tokens do not come to the screen on the first try. I have to try to drag them to the map a 2nd time and that is when I get the gray Token. Ok, this is odd. When I draw the token from the Journal it loads fine, but still not so from the Compendium The top is drawn from the Compendium, the lower one from the Journal. An acceptable work around, but I would rather just have it work correctly. I do appreciate your patience. I am very new to this, and I'm learning so much. Please keep safe, and thank you for your time
I should point out that the tokens still don't load with Stats, though I do get the correct token The 5e compendium does seem to be loaded
