Drop Monsters from 5e Compendium: Blank Token

Hi. I did the same thing as what was posted 2 years ago. I don't know how to get a log though.  It's weird as the guys who game it is. He can drop and the pictures show up for him. However when I do it, nothing shows up. The character sheet is all accurate, but there's no picture.
