Having the exact same issue. It’s been an ongoing problem for a while.&nbsp;

When you say "app" do you mean the app from the app store? That has been deprecated. Just log on through a mobile browser. Table on Tablet is now free for all users. If you are logging on through a browser and are still unable to connect, try asking the GM if the current page that the player flag is on is using Updated Dynamic Lighting. Have them move the flag to a page that does not and try again. If the problem is UDL, they should switch to Legacy.
