Support Ticket being ignored?

I posted a support ticket over a week ago and have never received a reply. My compendium is not giving me access to things I Paid for and instead linking me to the buy page for books I don't need. Even stuff in the core php and other books I own is unavailable.

A google search to that article number returns a page that has either been moved, renamed or deleted. Chase, the Compendium can be quirky. Can you give a specific example of what you are searching for and how it is returning an undesirable result? Sometimes there are alternate ways of accessing the info. Searching for "Combat" when you own the PHB is an example. It gives a useless chapter heading result. Also, the autolinking is admittedly frustrating. It tends to autolink to the most recently added possibility instead of the most useful one.

Yes, When using the in game and external compendium there are several links that reference stuff in the core php rule book but it links to the shop page for other books Examples are Warlock patrons: links to Eberron: Rising from the Last War Evasion: Links to Midgard Heros Handbook Ability score Improvement: links to Eberron: Rising from the Last War Protection: Links to Guildmasters' guide to ravnica There are hundreds of core PHP links that all go to the purchase pages of extra books.
I noticed this too last night when I did a search for Cleric Channel Divinity - it tried to link to Mythic Odysseys of Theros...... I havent purchased the PHB yet, and I have been thinking about doing so, but after seeing issues like this, I might go buy it on D&D Beyond. Which is a shame, as I would rather not have to run another extension and have another browser page open just to play my games...but...

The Compendium does have a lot of bad links like that, mostly due to the auto-linking feature I described above. The links within compendium entries are the worst offenders--they are the ones proceduraly generated; the ones in the Compendium tab are usually more helpful. I know the dev team is not happy with it either. My suggestion if you want an official response is to attend the Community Round Table tomorrow. It's at twitch.tv/Roll20App, Thursday June 18 @ 5pm PT. Ask your question in chat and the dev team can answer it live. Hopefully the Compendium will see some attention soon.
