Blast Templates ?

Hi, I’m hoping you can help me. Is there any functionality for a range template within the system ?   For example a explosion does say 3 different levels of damage depending if you are at the centre of the blast, in the middle of the blast or at the edge of the blast. The centre of the blast may be say a single square. The middle of the blast may be say another 3 squares out from that and the edge of the blast say another 2 squares.   What you’d have in effect is a vaguely circular template you could drop at the centre of the blast with the centre at 1, middle at 4 and edge at 5.   These are quite common in the wargaming world   Do we have any similar tool within Roll 20 ?   Kind regards

There are some spell effect shapes on the marketplace, maybe some have feature like that one.

You could just make a semi-transparent (png) image of one, and assign it to the token of a "BlastTemplate" character sheet that you create, then just drag it out to the map when you need it.
Thanks gents, Andreas I'll have  a look, David again thank you. Regrettably my computer skills are very limited and I don't have  a clue how to do that. Thanks both I appreciate your help

If you have a link to an image that you would like, I could make it into a semi-transparent png for you. Maybe PM you a dropbox link or something. EDIT: would need to be top down image, so not distorted, and it will help if the background is a single solid color or if at least there is high contrast between the background and the template lines

Took a shot going off the picture from your first post and I made these. The first has a completely transparent background with completely opaque lines and text, while the second has a white background with everything set to 50% transparency. Hope this saves properly to the forum, so you can right-click save as a png, then upload to your art library and assign to a dummy character sheet's token. You'll probably have to scale it properly prior to assigning it, obviously. Also, after dragging to your map, you may want to right click it and select "Advanced->Is Drawing" if you don't want it to snap to grid.
David, that's amazing thank you so much :) Just what I was after ! Kind regards
