For some reason when I use shift+Z it's not showing the avatar of the token anymore, just the token but zoomed, anyone knows why?

I don't remember it ever showing the avatar, I thought the functionality of Z was just showing the full sized image of whatever you had selected on the canvas (with shift displaying it to all players).

Oosh is correct. Z/Shift Z shows the selected graphic.
