Problem after using the /talktomyself chat command

Hello guys. I just found myself with the same error previously reported and solved, but it was not clear for me how to solve it. The topic is this one: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5025093/experienced-a-problem-after-using-the-slash-talktomyself-chat-command#newtopic

Just like Sir Caifiniel, I was trying a bunch of macros in the talktomyself mode (which is a great tool, btw), and when I turned it off, nothing at all was working, nor the chat, nor the macros. Also, just like that mentioned case, the Welcome to Roll20 green screen is no more. Everything just works on talktomyself mode on. The problem is occurring with the players, too, showing that the problem is with the game "Os Coadjuvantes".

I just tried to use the 3 steps on Solving Technical Issues, recommended by Gen Kitty, but I had no success at all. I already tried to play the game on Firefox, Chrome and Safari, as well as cleared the chat as creator, but the problem continues. My next game is next Saturday, so if you guys could get back to me asap, it would be great.

Could you guys, help, me pls?

Thank you in advance!

PS.: I am the creator and gm of the game, but not a Pro subs.

This sounds like something that would require a dev to fix. I would suggest going through ALL the steps below, and especially remember to capture the console log as linked in Step 4 and then send that along with a description of the problem in a Help Center Request.

Guide to Solving Technical Issues

If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4(Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Thank you!

Just to be sure, you did the out-of-game clear chat archive, not the in-game one? The in-game one does not fix chat log corruption.

Oosh, I made both of them.

Hello guys, just proceeded a Help Center Request with the data below (including the log that is not being able to be posted here):

Follow the necessary data according to the Solving technical issues page (step 4):

The browser I use for Roll20 is Chrome. The issues I have described persist despite using Firefox or Safari instead, and after even I disable extensions and completely clear my cache. I have no antivirus programs installed that are connected to my browser. Also, the same issue is occurring with other players of the campaign.

The issues are for this single D&D3.5 game only. I tested the macros in other campaigns I’m in, and everything works just as it should. Also, in case you need to know, the name of the game that I am experiencing issues in is called Os Coadjuvantes, and GM and creator of it.

I hope that this information helps resolve the issue quickly. Thank you.

In the log below, the test I proceeded and you can reply is: Open game (note that the Welcome green message is not there); try the command /r 1d20; try to send a Hello message; turn on /talktomyself; use the command /r 1d20 (now it works, cause talk to myself is on); Send a Hello message (also works); turn off /talktomyself; re-do both tests (they don't work again). Could you guys help me, please?
