Account still free status after bying pro subscription

Hello guys, First, I want to apologize for my English, it's not my native language. I'm facing off an issue with the payment of pro subscription. Yesterday I bought it with Paypal, but my account is still indicating "Free". Do you know how many time it needs to change ? Isn't it automatic ? I have already created a ticket to report this. Thank you in advance for your help.

First off, your English is great, never apologise for it, it is likely infinitely better than my <insert your native language here>! Normally, upon confirmation of your payment the account should update almost immediately. Have you logged out and back in again to see if it needs a jump start? You did the right thing opening a ticket if you bought the subscription yesterday however, I hope it triggers soon so you can start to explore all those pro subscription goodies!

Hello Ziechael, thanks you for answering me. Yes I already restarted my account and nothing changed. I have a little issue also with the log in, when I try to enter my password, the page is loading in a loop. I have to refresh the page and then I'm connected. On Paypal I can see the payment in the activity page. I think they have already many tickets to manage, so I will be patient.

Just because I have seen this happen before... Do you have another account that you use to test player view?  If so, did you mistakenly purchase the subscription on that account?

Hello Kraynic, no I have only one account. I don't know if it's an issue with Paypal because I just created the account yesterday and the payment is still not taken on my bank.

The issue is solved, thanks to the admin team.
