Changes lost with purchased content update

Hello Chrome browse beyond20 is on my system Windows 10 I have the DotMM content from the marketplace. I purchased some additional content and added it to my campaign. Now, all of my old modifications (a TON of map and detail work, literally over 200 hours) have vanished. Previously I had a similar thing happen and the old stuff was just moved to the back. But this time that doesn't seem to be the case. I submitted a support request a few days ago to get the game rolled back. I got the automated confirmation of the trouble ticket 3 days agoo, but no other response. Anyone have advice?

Other than patience, not really. The devs are working through a huge buildup of help requests. Hopefully this will be seen here to bring more attention to the issue. As a potential hopeful note, if you submitted on the times indicated, a weekend response is pretty rare anyway, as the dev team tends to keep more traditional "office hours".
Great! I have some time before my next session. I have a pro account so I think they can roll it back pretty far, but I just worry about going longer than they have the old data. As always, thanks Keith! You rock!
I am just replying to this because I haven't heard anything from customer service. If my issue can't be fixed then I have a limited time to try and rebuild a huge portion of my campaign and need to know ASAP.  I am hoping that someone can give me a time frame as to when I will hear from customer service as it has now been almost a week. i understand the team is slammed. Just trying to make sure I don't get lost in the shuffle. Seth

I'm not sure what the current response time is, other than that is is longer than normal. Out of curiosity, what was the other marketplace content? I know there is an issue with buying a module and then buying a map pack for that module and installing it as an add-on. That does indeed overwrite module-installed assets (and is usually unnecessary, since the standalone items are usually already included in the module).
I figured. Just managing my anxiety in what is hopefully a productive way. I added a free map pack and the monster bundle.
