Roll20 Char Sheet import from HeroLab

Pretty please build an import tool to bring HeroLab sheets into the Roll20 Character Sheet.

This could probably be done with a text file parser style API, formatting a custom output from Hero Labs, once the character sheets have stabilized a bit I'll look into the Hero Labs side of it, I don't know all that much about Javascript or whatever they use for the API here.. But I agree with you, it would be awesome if we could import directly from hero labs, though it would probably require significant work on both sides to implement. And chances are it wouldn't be able to auto calculate bonuses to skills, saves, bab etc from feats.. Not without a substantial amount of work on the part of Lone Wolf. Hm... now you have me thinking...

Lone Wolf has already done this with other virtual tabletops, so I see no reason they'd find Roll20 any more difficult to accommodate. Only roadblock I see is Roll20's character sheet limitations; it can't compare two values, it can't handle an arbitrary number of variables. If those get fixed (which they will if those making the sheets speak up) then it'd be smooth sailing.

This guy seems to be half way there with this script. It seems that it was working somehow before and now with the Data Delve implementation it might demand some adjusts like in the variable names maybe... not sure... (I wish I had skills to do that myself).
