Charactermancer issue? 5E (Hanging after clicking apply changes)

Ok, so My players are trying to make characters using the chractermancer for 5E, it gets all the way to the end and then hangs there not completing after clicking apply changes. I as the DM can do it just fine, my players however cant. If they click out of it, it creates a half finished character sheet.

Make sure the sheet is not popped out into its own window. This is the most common reason. The behavior can be changed on the in-game settings tab.

I've also found that jumping back and forth between tabs in the Charactermancer can create problems.  I always tell my players to go step-by-step through the whole process.  Usually helps.  That said, the Charactermancer can be wonky- especially with post-1st-level.  I recommend making a copy of 1st level characters after they are made so if someone needs to redo a jacked character sheet it isn't completely from scratch.
