Can non-GMs install scripts?

Hi, Do you have to be a GM to install scripts in a campaign or can ordinary players (with the Pro subscription), do it? There are some things that I would like to try but it doesn't make sense to upgrade the subscription if I won't be able to do it. Thanks in advance. ---Jack

If you want to use scripts in a game with other people, you have to be the GM. If you just want to try scripts experimentally, you can create your own campaign and install them. You wont be able to use them with in someone else's game though.

The GM can copy/clone their game, giving you a snapshot view of it, and make you a GM of that copy. That's what I'm doing, currently.
Of course, the creator of the game has to have an active Pro subscription for the game to run API scripts.
