I am unable to send anyone private messages, regardless of cache clearing, operating system, extension management, or specific computers. My account is simply unable to send anyone private messages. I had someone try on their computer in my household and successfully send me a message which I could reply to, but the moment I logged on to that same computer with the same browser in the same tab, I was unable to send anyone any messages.
