Ability to change LFG time format from 12h to 24h clock.

Ok, this is a very minor problem I have had with the Looking for games portion of the site since I started 6 years ago. I have no idea how difficult it would be to give you a prefrence you can change that converts 12h time to 24h time for example 3pm to 15:00 instead. This would be a nice feature for those of us who use 24h clock on daily bases especially those who know little to no english.
