Music doesn't play through speakers from pages

Hi, I'm new to Roll20, but I can't seem to get music to play on page loading. I can move the red ribbon around, and I see the music start playing in the jukebox, but no sound comes out. If I play the track directly from Manage Audio it works just fine. I have reset the cache and I am using Chrome on a PC, but I hear nothing. Thanks,

Oh. I had turned the master volume down to 0. What an idiot!

You can also adjust the volume on separate tracks.  I often notice that some of my players don't always hear the music, especially on resource heavy maps. Dynamic lighting with advanced fog of war on a big map can kill the tunes! But it all depends on the power of the machine the players are running from as well as their internet connection.  When it doesn't come through, I just encourage them to fire up Spotify on their own!
