I'm looking for a group that would be willing to show me some of the ropes, whether through a few one offs or joining a campaign. My experience with D&D is rough, basically me and a couple friends had one friend talk us into running through his campaign and see if we liked D&D. He showed us the basics and some of us took interest and we've been playing ever since. We've all dabbled at DM here and there, and have a few campaigns we regular. However the games are very lax, homebrewed, and we tend to get off task. Ideally I find something a little more serious that sticks to the general rules laid out and has a story I can dive into. I only have experience with D&D 5e, but I would be willing to learn other games. My ideal times to game would be Thursdays or Saturdays. I have very little experience with roll20 but I'm sure I will pick it up very quickly. I own the DMG, PHB, Monster Manual, Volo's, and Xanathar's.
