A macro for Kuro (Remove 4, Explode 6)

Hey everyone, I'm running a Japanese Horror game called KURO. It uses a die pool system where you make 2d6s. 6s get rerolled, 4s get counted as zero when calculating the total. Is there a macro or system I can use to replicate this? I know there's an oWoD macro that removes 1s from successes, but what I need is something that doesn't add 4s to the total.
Probably gonna have to do the use the API.
