Is it possible to have a second person as an editor?

Yes, you can promote other players to be GMs in your game, which would enable them to do basically everything you can do in the game.

What Andreas said. Specifically, go to the game's home page (the one where you can invite players). Mousing over the player you want to promote should reveal a ToolTip-style menu with the option to promote.
