Can't Drag & Move Entries

Hi, I am using Diana P's D&D 3.5 sheet. I have noticed that I am not able to drag and move entries in Equipment or Spells, although the option is given when in Modify mode. Is this a bug on my end or...? Thanks

I'd imagine it to be tricky to implement to a way to transfer completely custom elements from one browser window to another. Like, I know you can drag-n-drop files to a browser, text from your clipboard,and copy-paste images, but I can imagine there to be restrictions on doing anything more complex, as in this to some degree is a general internet browser limitations.
