Shared folders in journal

In some cases I feel it would be useful to have shared folders instead of (...in addition to..) shared handouts and characters. By shared I mean the same way that you can give a player access to a character or a handout. This would come in handy if you want to allow (or disallow) players to read a group of documents. Example -The entire group change characters, in a dream, time-travel, etc...maybe they are all transformed into dinosaurs. -They come to a new town and you want to hand them information about goods at the market, the big ruin outside of town + the guards -They encounter another group and you want to hand out pictures of 7 different people from that group.
