The little "menu" dealie that hides and reveals the main (Chat/Journal/etc.) sidebar sits right on top of the "single-scroll" button on the vertical scroll bar so I can't single-scroll the map.  I'm running Firefox 78.0.1 under Windows 7 and have no extensions or Themes installed.
