Suspected DL issue with doors

I've just bought the Florea Sandbox to be able to run some one shot and drop in sessions for friends and kids, but I'm having an issue where my players can't move themselves around in the maps because all of the doors block their movement. I've investigated the GM and Map layers and can't find any way to control the doors. so the only thing that works is me moving their tokens into each room in turn if there's a door in the way. I suspect this is a Dynamic Lighting issue, where the doors have been added to the DL layer but because I don't have a plus or pro account I can't access the DL layer to open the doors or to deactivate them all to manage it through fog of war. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can deal with this? Thanks

If the creator of the game does not have a Plus or Pro account, Dynamic Lighting should not be blocking them. Can you get a screenshot from a logged-on player to see what they see at one of these doors that blocks them?

The players are able to see beyond the doors when I reveal the fog of war. they just can't move their tokens through a door or wall.

That's an odd one. Has your account ever been Pro or Plus? Do you own any other content that comes with Dynamic Lighting set up? It sounds like you might need a Roll20 rep to jump into the game and disable the setting for you. I doubt they'll be willing to move all the doors for you, so players would be able to walk through the walls after they remove the DL settings or lines. I would assume they would be happy to do this, considering you paid for the content and the DL lines shouldn't actually be doing anything.
All sorted now, thank you
In case someone else encounters the same issue in the future and finds this thread, care to explain what the problem was and/or how it was resolved?
