Players can't see each others' tokens when dynamic lighting is on

Hi! I'm running the Waterdeep Dragon Heist, using dynamic lighting for the first time. The dynamic lighting seems to be working fine for my players individually, but they can't see each others' tokens while dynamic lighting is on. These are the settings I have for the map: If I turn off Dynamic Lighting or turn on Global Illumination, everyone can see each other's tokens, but even with vision, nobody can see each other with Dynamic Lighting on. Anyone have any idea why/what setting I'm missing? Thanks!

Are there light sources in the map, or do the player tokens emit some kind of light? I'm assuming they are standing next to each other with no DL lines in between them? You can try unchecking the "Enforce Line of Sight" box - if they can see each other, that means something is blocking vision on the DL layer. Although, if "Global Illumination" is allowing them to see each other, it sounds like you don't have any working light sources on the map.
The module came with premade maps with pre-set DL. There is no illumination, but the characters have darkvision and are revealing the map as they move. They just can't see the character token they're standing next to. I tried unchecking the line of sight box and its still the same thing.

Modules (I think) come preset with the Legacy Dynamic lighting on the map pages, since the other is still in development (open beta).  Are you using the Legacy or Updated lighting settings on the tokens?
I'm using the legacy lighting settings for everything. I couldn't get the updated lighting to work consistently, so I decided the legacy would be simpler.
I made one of the character tokens emit light and everyone else still couldn't see them.

And you are certain the token emitting light has the option checked that "all players see light"?  Screenshots of token settings might be helpful.
Here's the setting for the player character that is emitting light.

Well, that looks right, though it may not need to have sight if this is just a light source. You might try making a copy of this game, or a new game entirely and see if it works.  There is the possibility that something is somehow corrupted in this particular game.
