No More Space!

Hey all, I've put in a request earlier for this problem to be resolved (about a week ago), yet I still haven't received a reponse. So I've turned the community forums for help. So recently due to financial trouble, I ended up cancelling my Roll20 subscription meaning my Data Quota got reduced. Now I was well over 100mbs, so I ended up deleting stuff in mass droves in the folders where I keep my tokens, maps, and so on. But, unfortunately the space hasn't cleared up. I've tried the following methods to get this fix so far: Deleting my history, deleting my cache, trying a different browser, restarting my computer, reinstalling a browser. My games have been on pause, because since I deleted all those tokens, none of my previous tokens for character sheets I made, are saved. I can't import maps, and unfortunately I really can't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

The most likely culprit for hidden assets is audio. These files are often quite large, and can be easily overlooked, since there is a layer of abstraction between you and your MyAudio library. Graphics show on your Art Library tab whether they are deployed or not, but the jukebox only shows audio deployed in that game. My first suggestion is to check My Audio for large files. Load My Audio from the jukebox tab.  Once there, you can click t he track title, then trash can icon to delete the track. Other than that, you can use this style trick to show the size of assets and hunt for the largest. Unfortunately, there is no way to sort them by size at this point in time.
