I have 2 of my players character sheets that have randomly duplicated themselves. If i archive/edit one, it does the same to the duplicate, so I can't just delete the copy or the whole character would be lost. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks!
I think this has come up on occasion before, and you will need to submit a ticket through the help desk. It will take back end intervention for sure. This might not have been the cause for yours, but I know at least once the cause of this was having 2 people editing a sheet at the same time. If that might have been the cause for you, be sure only one person is messing with a sheet at a time.
There is a solution to fix it when two character entries in the journal point to the same character sheet. Create a copy of the character sheet (it will be named Copy of...), delete the original character - both entries in the journal now disappear. Now rename the copy and fix the default token.
