Curse of Strahd patch changes are not showing in game.

I have been playing Curse of Strahd for a few months now and I'm now updated to 2.0. However, it seems as if none of the changes listed in the patch notes for any of the versions have actually shown in my game. For example, the Vistani descriptions and the Haunted One background have not changed from the original version despite the patch notes indicating they should. This goes for all changes that were supposed to have been applied. Is there something else I have to do to refresh these journal entries?

+1, I began DMing CoS in June (presumably before that month's errata was released). The in-game patch notes are titled "Patch Notes 1.8" but it lists changes for 1.9, 2.0, and 2.1. However, when I looked at the individual items that were supposedly changed in 1.9 (eg, Strahd's unarmed/bite attacks added to other forms, spells removed from spellbooks, etc) most - or at least all I could identify by the change descriptions in the notes - appeared unchanged from their previous state.
