[D&D] [5E] [Online] [EST] LGBTQ+ Friendly player looking for D&D 5E group and DM! Looking for long-term, collaborative storytelling, character exploration-y and immersive campaign

Hey all! I'm an upbeat, LGBTQ+ friendly, creative player (20 y/o, she/hers) and I'm looking for a long-term campaign to play online with! I'm looking for a DM and a group of players who are really invested in deep, immersive storytelling and character bond development, roleplaying, cooperative and team-oriented adventuring and are interested in developing each other's stories and exploring an immersive world. I'm also a fan of combat and am looking for a good balance of both RP and fight encounters. I'm looking for a high-fantasy or general fantasy D&D 5E game, ideally age range of 18-30, and I'm looking for a group of inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly players to play with! I'm big on teamwork, really not a fan of players who play in self-centered ways or backseat players. But I absolutely love a group of players who are supportive and focus on character building, teamwork, and cooperative storytelling. I'm a fairly new player when it comes to actually playing D&D -- I've been following D&D content (TAZ and CR) for a solid 4-5 years or so, and have a solid grasp on D&D basics, but have only been playing for around a year. I would like to play a certain character (Elf/Rogue-Sorcerer, background written) that I've been hoping to use for a while, but I would also be open to either adjusting or using a different character. I have 3 other character concept pitches available too with backgrounds written (Dragonborn/Cleric, Halfling/Warlock, Tiefling/Wizard) and also can adjust/make new ones (I very much enjoy the process). I'm available most weekday nights and weekends! I have a fairly flexible schedule. If you have any questions or concerns, send me a PM! Thanks y'all!

Hello, I've been on the hunt for a LGBTQ+ group myself (29 y/o, gay, he/him), with people who focus on their characters and their drives as well! More so I've been seeking on the high fantasy end, using homebrew stuff for the sheer fact it's difficult to get a lot of character concepts down with the baseline D&D content (IE, a shamanistic type is kind of difficult to really get the feel of with say, Cleric or Druid without the mechanics of those getting in the way of the theme if that makes sense). Granted, I'll admit I'm awkward when I join a new group of people, so it might take me a while to figure out the ins and outs of the new crew so to speak. If we want to get a group together I'll gladly be one of them, albeit as a player as I do not have the time to run a game as a DM due to school. For reference, I am in Arizona-MST, which as of writing this is under PST due to the state not following Daylight Savings.

Hi there! Im curious have you ever considered trying pathfinder 2nd edition? Its actually a lot like D&D 5e with just a lot more character customization and personalization options especially in later level progression. I am a 38 yr old trans woman from canada (she/her) and I am currently filling my last 2 spots in a group of Pathfinder 2e that begins with the fall of plaguestone module and moves into homebrew after, looking to possibly run a longer term campaign.  The other 3 that are already in the group are solid and quite experienced, and we are all very friendly and happy to teach. Sessions are 2pm-5pm EST weekly on Sundays, and we also have a discord server that we run sessions over voice chat, everyone is very LGBT friendly and mature.  I try and tailor the adventure uniquely based on character back stories as well as connect homebrewed questlines to backstory and character heritage and use world lore as well to make things even more interesting, and the campaign has a good balance of everything.  If Sunday afternoon would work for you then please feel free to contact me about filling a spot :) Update: spots have been filled :)
