Hard to figure out where to begin. When we last left our heroes they were hold up in what amounts to a wizards bolt hole. Time moves unusually in such a bolt hole and our heroes took advantage of the ebb and flow of the temporal winds to heal up a little, level up a lot and pursue the local library. Including one tome found resting on the back of Caliph, the local book bearer (  a living lectern with a wry, cynical sense of humor and a as yet untapped knowledge of the local landscape). So after a bit of wound licking, page turning and supplication to Justica our heroes turned back to dungeon delving.  Further into the 'The Maze' a oubliette of sorts built by a scion of chaos to punish those she finds distasteful and obstructionist. A few more rough hewn burlap/brass and animal skeleton constructs and one more teleport portal and the party found itself face to face with a dragon hewn of brass wire, animal skeletons and Chaos. Things looked good mighty deeds were done, spells were lobed and grits are landed - until they weren't. One breath weapon later and well over half the party was down - bleeding out. And the other half didn't have there cleric.  Where is your Justica now? From Somewhere deep inside his Hotdog suit the Dwarf mustered all he had to land one lass crushing blow (along with a few more well timed shots from the elf) - and all they had to do was mop up the bones and wire. Quick stabilizing of the bleeders done. Once brought back from the edge of his eternal reward the cleric (with some help from the local Halfling and his font of luck) pieced the party back together. Onward. Onward to another portal. :-/ . "Look wizard-boy, do I half to teach you everything?' quips the book bearer (Living lectern to a scion of magic) "Close your eyes, put your hand on the portal and let your spirit flow through the ether...."  One frightening birds eye view of the axis of creation later & their rather insignificant place in all creation and the Wizards with the party in tow plunged head first into the portal. only to come put at the feet of some god like statue and a stones throw away fro the guard room for the temple guards of said god.  Out of the oubliette and into the ... well dunno, but it is better than the oubliette.
