Looking to play in a weekday morning Pathfinder game

I'm on EST, and really, any time after eight AM would be pretty awesome. I know it's kind of a longshot, but I don't have much to do with my days, and I'd love to find something neat. I have a few characters I really want to play, but am a little preoccupied at night.

We have planned a potential 1 shots possibly on 6/4 with the possibility of being a more long term if the chemistry works out. The group does plan on streaming so I ask that everyone be able to voice/video (google hangout) and roll20. If you are interested please tell me when you would be able to play and we can see if we can get a time that syncs up. Thanks for the interest everyone.

I too have my days mostly free and would love a daytime game. Add me to the list. If we can find a couple more daytime players I might be able to run a game even. (I go to school and work from home so I have a bunch of time free)

I don't know if this would work for you guys, but I am based in the UK and am 5 hours ahead of EST - so depending what time you have in mind, perhaps I could join you? (It could work if you were thinking of starting around midday-ish?)

That makes sense. Noon is pretty rad for me, personally.

Yeah I had actually spent some time trying to find some people from the UK to try and game with in the early afternoon. (I would need to be done by around 5 EST (so like 10 GMT or would it be 11. I am bad at timezones) Noon to 5 EST would be really great for me as well.

Yeah, that'd be amazing! I have at least one other person who could consistently make that too.

Now we just have to decide what we are playing, who is running it and when we start (and maybe one more person-ish)

I'm pretty good at gathering people in general. I'm currently GMing two other games and don't feel comfortable doing more. I don't really know anyone else who can regretfully.

Well If nothing else I can try and drum something up. I have some general ideas. Probably have to borrow liberally from some already documented adventures and such. If I run a game wit would need to be 3.5 or pathfinder. I don't feel proficient enough with anything else.

I like 3.5 and Pathfinder personally. I can teach Fate pretty easily to anyone. I think we should leave more complex system out though. I know at least one person I've talked to would be down for a superhero styled game, but I understand the inherent issues there.

Yeah if I do wind up running I would either need some time to prepare or it would need to be something I already have a strong grasp on. Fate sounds fun but I generally like to play in a game at least once before I try to steer the boat for everyone, I hate to have everyone's paddling just running us in a very tight circle. I'll start working something up today/tomorrow (probably in Pathfinder) if you can use your people gathering talents and see if Nicholas up there is good to go I would be very appreciative.

I would love to join your game. I am free almost every day so scheduling isnt a problem. I have 3 years experience with 3.5 and Pathfinder and a month of experience on roll20. I love Tanky Fighter builds but I am fine with changing it.

I would also be interested in joining up for a Pathfinder game, once a day and time are established. I work nights, so I'll have to adjust my sleep schedule around it. Also, I have some experience GMing in Savage Worlds, Cortex, Cortex+ (Not Marvel Heroic RP, but I could probably pull it off since I know the basics). I've played New WoD, Rifts, Alternity, Fiasco, and a little Pathfinder. Just some stuff about me. :)

I'll toss a PM to Nicholas and maybe these two can work. I have my other person on standby, and I think that's a full five right there. ^_^

Thanks Lilszee (I've just seen your PM) and obviously also to Balfizan - I would be interested in GMing at some point in the future, but you should know I haven't played in quite a long while so would rather start off in a PC role before graduating up to GM especially as this would be my first Roll D20 experience (just FYI). If everyone else is cool with it, I'd prefer Pathfinder as I own the Core Rulebook but no others at present. The time would work for me fine up from now until July 9/10 (and highly likely after that too, but with some possible minor disruptions). Otherwise, pretty much any day (Mo - Fri) works well for me. N

OK sounds good. I will put together an in brief for my campaign idea that I have along with rules for character generation. If everyone can PM either me or Lilszee what days you're available during the daytime we will try and find something that works for all of us. Also might want to get a different way to communicate from everyone just for expediencies sake. Looking to probably start early next week. So I have time to get stuff together.
