Charactermancer Freezing

Okay so my DM is starting a pirate campaign and when I was making amy Character I got to hit apply changes and it freezes on the "Building Character" part like the bar freezes before it's even a quarer full, I've reloaded, relogged, etc .. but it's still freezing can someone please help?

Most likely, you have your character sheet popped out in its own window.  That breaks a bunch of the scripts that make the charactermancer work.  If you have your sheet set to automatically pop out, then turn that setting off in the game settings until your character is done.  The sheet needs to be embedded in the VTT for the charactermancer (and a couple other things like compendium drag/drop) to work correctly.

I have to go into Characters and click my name to pop it up, it doesn't auto pop but what's even weirder is I tried it on my phone and PC and both happened the same and I can't see the other players Characters.

So I hit discard and discard and save and now my sheet is made and 90% of the info is missing, is there an easier way to make a sheet in a campaign, cause Charactermancer is Seriously making me angry
