Hey folks! Apologies if this topic has been discussed elsewhere. I have a Cintiq mobile studio, basically a windows tablet and this past week I stopped being able to move my tablet, use the rulers, or ping on the map. I can still use the hand tool to move the map around. I tried using my ipad also, with the exact same results. I tried using firefox, chrome and explorer, and safari on my ipad, and also tried deleting browser cookies as suggested on a help page, and even tried rebooting the laptops... Still nothing. I have a 10 year old macbook that barely functions, but I *was* able to move my tokens around on chrome with it though, so I know the issue is with the tablet. I've been using roll20 for a few years now and this is the first time I've run into this problem- and it's strange because it's on two different devices. If anyone has run into this problem and has any suggestions (or if this has been covered in a different thread!) let me know!
