Has Sight Not Working For Some Player Tokens

I have it selected for all the tokens, but two still do not appear above the blackness of fog of war.

Do they have permissions for a player applied to them? Player permission and sight are both needed to force the token to sit on top.

If by "Fog of War" you mean the regular fog of war feature, this is correct Fog of War trumps everything. Nothing can see through it; it is like a mask over the tabletop. Screenshots of page and token settings might help narrow down what the problem might be, otherwise.

Right now four out of the six player tokens are showing above the Fog and the others blanketed by the Fog.

That's... weird. Fog should cover everything. Are you saying their tokens are appearing above the fog? I/e/ not obscured at all? Can they see the map beneath, or just their tokens? Are all player tokens on the token object layer? None of the players have GM privileges?

Except the aforementioned two, the rest can see only their tokens on a black screen. They are all on the Object layer and none have GM privileges. On my screen, as DM, I can see four of the six tokens above the fog.
