Can't click and drag from the journal.

The name of the topic says it all. Whenever I click and drag from the journal, a token doesn't appear on the battle map. You'll need to click on the image to preview the gif.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Be sure you are dragging them to the Object/Token Layer.

I have seen a delay when traffic is heavy, sometimes upward of a minute. Do they ever eventually appear? Does refreshing the campaign window change the behavior?

Doesn't appear after a minute. It just never appears when I click and drag. I'm off to try the methods above detailed by Twilight, and if it doesn't work, then I'll try to find some work around for the bug. P.S: The browser I use is Chrome.
