Macros can read, but not change sheet values.  If there is a token linked to the sheet, you can change the hp from there. If you ever upgrade to a pro subscription, there are api scripts that can change token and sheet values.

The de facto favorites are: Tokenmod for changing token characteristics ChatSetAttr for changing sheet characteristics. You can do quite a bit with those two powerhouse scripts.
