I have an issue with my video feed. For some reason it's off center, and cuts off 1/3 of my stream. I don't have any issues with other software, and I'm using chrome.
Rabulias said: I believe this is a Chrome issue. You can use Firefox instead or try turning off Hardware Acceleration in Chrome. I was thinking I had read something like that a while back, but couldn't find the thread.
FNAF said: i use crome and it dosent do that When I say it is a Chrome issue, I do not mean that all Chrome users experience this. I mean that it is not on Roll20's end. I believe it is a combination of Chrome and particular webcamera(s).
keithcurtis said: Out of curiosity, is it a Logitech c920? I've seen a lot of problems associated with that web cam. It's the camera I'm using. It has worked before though, so do you have any idea on what happend? It also didn't happen in the firefox browser.
No idea at all. It's definitely been reported before, it might be worth a search (hint: use a google site search, rather than the built in search.) Ex: site:roll20.net/forum/ camera off center
Here is a recent thread about it: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8526580/white-bar-to-the-left-of-my-video-screen#post-8991627 My best guess about what happened (based on no evidence): An update to Chrome or the camera's driver created a problem.
