Occasionally, when I make a handout or character in the journal, two identical copies of the same entry are created. Both entries in the journal link to the same object, and deleting or archiving one will remove the other as well. When archived, it increases the archive entry count by two, but only one appears in the list of archived items. Restoring from the archive will, however, restore both entries. The only way I've found to get rid of the second copy is to simply copy-paste the entry using the duplicate tool and delete the original.
