Can't Roll Dice

Hello,  I cant seem to roll dice using built in character sheets or by simply using the /roll function. When i do i see the following and no rolling chime plays:   The character name appears even if im not trying to roll with that character. I looked at a previous entry from May of someone having a similar issue and it said to clear the chat. I tried that and it didnt work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance. 

You may have just cleared the chat in game, which just removes what you are seeing at the time.  Clearing the chat archive is an option for the GM on the game launch page.  It is in the drop down list with game settings and delete game.  Make sure you select Clear Chat Archive and not the Delete Game just below it.
