Free RPG Day Roll20 Code.

Greetings! According to the Roll20 Blog Post, we were to use the 15-alphanumeric code in order to get 3 free months of Roll20 Pro membership. The coupon itself likewise indicates 3 free months of Pro membership. When I redeemed the code on the card, it provided three monthly $4.99 discounts (so that the Plus membership would be free, while the Pro membership costs $5 per month for the next three months.) Is this something that others have seen? And, if so, what steps can be taken to correct this to the advertised discount? On the Subscription page: Coupon Active : 3 Months Roll20 Pro for Free RPG Day . $4.99 off for 3 more months. Each code card will feature a unique code that can be redeemed at marketplace.roll20.net/coupon for three free months of Roll20 Pro." -- Tranimo
As the card says, you may want to submit a Help Center request: https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Thanks for reaching out! There was a hiccup where the code was redeeming for Plus instead of Pro, but that's all fixed now. Your code will have activated the Pro amount now so you shouldn't have to do anything else. If there are any further issues with it, definitely send a help center request , like Rabulias said.
