Dungeon of the Mad Mage - Initial Prep and First floor issues

Hello, I have just recently purchase the DotMM package and started up a couple games with it.  I am quite thankful as I can see the hours of labor that has gone into this module.  It will give me and my players years of enjoyment. I'm finding a few minor issues I wanted to report as I am really looking forward to running this module. Floor 1, room 26b - there is a star token on the map in the hallway on the GM Layer outside this room.  Why is it there?  Nothing in the book references it but maybe something else in the adventure needs this token for something?  If so, it would be super awesome if a GM Note could be put on this token. Floor 1, room 37 - The pit icon is beneath the main map layer and doesn't display.  I had to put the map to the back, then that weird gray semi-transperant layer to the back.  I also think the pit is in the wrong place according to the map in the book.  In the location where I found it Halleth's initial position is not in the pit.  Also, I think it would make sense for Halleth to initially be on the GM layer. Floor 1, room 8b - Could we find a more appropriate picture for Harria Valashtar?  I might suggest also looking for a female vampire picture for some of the random members of the Undertakers just to give them some difference of look. All maps, restrict movement -  I'm not sure why restrict movement under Dynamic Lighting isn't checked by default.  Doesn't this prevent the players from going through walls and closed doors or am I incorrect on that?  Is this something that has to be set up on the user's profile or in the game as a default somehow? All maps, only update on drop - This one may be more game group specific and I am certainly not in a position to judge whether it's more common to have this checked or not.  It is something I plan on doing in all my games and should be considered by the devs as a default. Is there any way to modify the settings on multiple maps at the same time? Thank you for your time and consideration.
Additional Issue: There is no player handout for all the Bas-Reliefs in room 2a.  The Balor, Dretch and Goristro are missing.
